Terms & Conditions

Quotations: all itineraries and prices are subject to availability at the time of confirmation and may change until confirmed with payment.

Booking & payment: a booking is confirmed on receipt of the advance stated in your proposal (typically 25%). The balance is payable before travel commencement. Flights, where included, are payable in full at booking.

Cancellations: cancellation terms follow the individual hotel/airline/service provider’s own policy as confirmed at the time of booking. Visa fees, once processed, are non-refundable. Peak-season bookings may carry stricter terms — always stated in your proposal.

Changes: we will always try to accommodate date or itinerary changes; supplier charges may apply.

Travel documents: valid ID/passport, visas and permits are the traveller’s responsibility; we assist and advise but cannot guarantee issuance by authorities.

Liability: Mysuru Travels acts as an agent for hotels, transport and service providers; services are subject to those providers’ own conditions. We are not liable for delays or events beyond our reasonable control (weather, strikes, authority decisions).

Jurisdiction: subject to the courts of Wayanad, Kerala, India.
